British Cheese, Butter, and Beer Tasting

If you haven’t been Beer Weeked out by Sunday, put on something foppish and head to Forest and Main, the new Ambler, PA pub where brewer Daniel Endicott brews British-style ale.

Some cheeses include: Hawes Wensleydale, Fiscalini Bandaged Cheddar, Red Cat. One course will also be a bread and butter course with local and English butters.

Here’s why you should go: the tasting will be led by Cheesemonger Power Couple Jamie Png and Richard Morillo who will treat you like royals. Morillo is Chief Affineur at Di Bruno Bros on Chestnut Street. Png, a cheesemonger at the Di Bruno Bros. in Ardmore, is a small-batch cheesemaker (read: she makes Banon in her apartment kitchen). Together, they are one giant cheese mind.
